Bluebird Staffing in the Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced Unanet A/E Billing Specialist to join a civil engineering and site planning firm in Chantilly, VA. This on-site role supports the Billing Manager in a fast-paced environment and focuses on Unanet A/E billing, project setup, and project maintenance.

The ideal candidate has advanced hands-on Unanet billing experience, can work independently, and thrives under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on Unanet A/E billing experience required.
• Strong experience with Unanet project setup and maintenance.
• A/E, engineering, architecture, surveying, or other professional services billing experience is a plus.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bluebird Staffing is seeking an experienced Unanet A/E Billing Specialist to join a leading Washington, DC-area multidisciplinary design firm specializing in civil engineering, site planning, land surveying, and landscape architecture.

The ideal candidate will have advanced, hands-on experience with Unanet A/E billing, project setup, and project maintenance. This position will support the Billing Manager in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

The firm is currently migrating from Deltek Vision to Unanet, so Deltek Vision billing experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Unanet A/E billing, including project setup and ongoing project maintenance.
• Support the Billing Manager with day-to-day billing activities and related processes.
• Ensure billing information is accurate, complete, and processed according to deadlines.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
