Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Unanet A/E billing.
• Experience with project setup and project maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process A/E billing activities using Unanet.
• Perform project setup, maintenance, and updates in Unanet.
• Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Assist the Billing Manager with daily billing operations and related accounting activities.
• Review billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate project and billing records.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to obtain billing information.
• Monitor billing deadlines and ensure timely invoicing.
• Use Excel for billing reports, tracking, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, meeting deadlines.
