Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Manager, Billing Services to support the Director, Revenue Cycle in selecting, directing and developing the billing department team, reporting to the Director, Revenue Cycle. The Manager will oversee a team of associates and supervisors and handle hiring, onboarding and performance management.

Ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Revenue Cycle, knowledge of EMR and Clearinghouse systems, and flexibility to travel for client assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and Clearinghouse systems.
• Experience in Physician Revenue Cycle.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client assessment or on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks and best practices for each client.
• Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues.
• Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members.
• Overseeing progress and monitoring of worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity measures.
• Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation.
• Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures to support the vision and goals.
