Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Manager, Billing Services in the United States to lead a billing team, report KPIs, and drive process improvements within the Revenue Cycle. You will oversee onboarding, training, and performance management while guiding associates and supervisors to resolve complex billing issues.

The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, familiarity with EMR and Clearinghouse systems, and knowledge of physician revenue cycle concepts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing/revenue cycle.
• Experience with EMR and Clearinghouse systems.
• Knowledge of physician revenue cycle processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Report on key performance indicators for the department and benchmark against client standards.
• Manage daily workflow and monitor progress; develop training or processes to address issues.
• Hold huddles to cover training focuses and develop team members.
• Oversee progress and monitor worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity.
• Assist in strategic planning and ongoing process-improvement evaluations.
• Review, update and implement policies and procedures to support departmental goals.
