Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. The Manager, Billing Services, will support the Director, Revenue Cycle in directing the billing department team members, with accountability for hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.

This remote role may require occasional travel to client sites or corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMR and Clearinghouse systems.
• Experience in Physician Revenue Cycle.
• Ability to occasionally travel if needed for client assessment or at the elbow support.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI for team management and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Reports on KPIs for the department and benchmarks for each client.
• Manage the daily workflow of the department and monitor progress to address issues.
• Hold huddles to cover training focuses and develop team members.
• Oversee progress and monitoring of worked accounts for QA and productivity measures.
• Assist in strategic planning and ongoing process improvement evaluation.
• Review, update and implement policies and procedures to support the vision and goals.
