Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Manager, Billing Services to lead the billing department under the Director, Revenue Cycle. You will guide associates and supervisors, drive KPI reporting, and set processes to improve accuracy and efficiency across client accounts.

The role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle workflows, mentoring staff, and aligning operations with client needs. Travel may be required to support client assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and Clearinghouse systems.
• Experience in Physician Revenue Cycle.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks and best practices for each client.
• Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues.
• Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members.
• Overseeing progress and monitoring of worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity measures.
• Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation.
• Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures to support the vision and goals.
