Qualifications

• 1–3 years of billing or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience with QA and process improvement preferred.
• Able to travel occasionally for client integrations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Report on KPIs for the department and meet client benchmarks.
• Manage daily workflow and identify issues to address.
• Lead training sessions to roll out new processes and training.
• Monitor QA on worked accounts to ensure accuracy of submissions.
• Approve timecards and manage payroll-related approvals.
