Responsibilities

• Accept customer payments and post them the same day.
• Balance the cash drawer daily and make bank deposits.
• Enter and complete service orders.
• Explain rate changes and bill calculations when needed.
• Administer the credit program within the prescribed scope.
• Assist customers with data entry and account questions.
• Respond to emergencies professionally following established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
