Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years customer care experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and 10-key adding device is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan, file, and process mailings and payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare bank deposits.
• Post payments accurately and resolve misapplied payments.
• Generate reports and balance with bank deposits from prior day.
