Job summary

The AES Corporation is seeking a Billing and Revenue Support Team Leader for Construction to lead a team focused on accurate, efficient, and compliant operations. You will set performance goals, identify improvement opportunities, and manage the customer experience throughout the process, with a strong emphasis on billing and revenue management.

The role requires a solid foundation in customer service, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across operational areas.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role with at least 1 year leading and managing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent with proven experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of new construction representatives to enhance performance and career development.
Ensure team members receive effective and consistent coaching sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer service functions, implementing improvements as needed.
Communicate and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
Foster a culture aligned with Safety First, Highest Standards, and All Together.
