Job summary

AES is seeking a Billing and Revenue Support Team Leader for construction processes. The role leads a team handling new construction billing and customer service, ensuring accurate, compliant operations and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll set and monitor performance goals and drive process improvements across revenue management. The role requires 3+ years in customer service with team leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service with at least 1 year leading and managing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of new construction representatives.
• Provide effective coaching sessions and monitor performance.
• Evaluate customer service functions and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to improve metrics.
• Help in setting financial and performance targets.
• Maintain positive union/leadership relationships as needed.
