AES is seeking a Billing and Revenue Support Team Leader for construction processes in Moraine, OH. You will lead a team of new construction representatives, coach performance, and ensure accurate, compliant operations.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with other departments. Experience with SAP ISU and Genesys Cloud IVR is preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree and regulatory knowledge.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year of proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of utility regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
• Experience working with SAP ISU and Genesys Cloud IVR preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
