Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) in Charlotte, NC seeks a Central Billing Coordinator II to lead client billing and practice management for services across the firm. You will collaborate with CRLs, engagement teams, and leadership to process invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate billing records, with opportunities to improve processes and support the revenue cycle as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to align billing expectations with industry standards and project progress.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors for correction.
• Analyze billing trends and provide insights for opportunities to improve billing efficiency.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness; bill for out-of-scope work when appropriate.
• Support revenue cycle activities including A/R posting and data management as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to Coordinators and new hires on billing processes.
