CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to lead billing operations, collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams, and ensure accurate invoicing for diverse services. The role emphasizes financial analysis, trend review, and timely payments within a professional services environment.

The position requires several years of administrative and billing experience, with opportunities to mentor Coordinators and contribute to practice management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations for each job.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files; review for discrepancies and correct errors.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and timeliness; support WIP billing.
• Analyze billing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Provide guidance and training to Coordinators on billing processes and systems.
• Assist with revenue cycle matters and related audits or initiatives.
