Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and trends.
• Review billing information for discrepancies and maintain accurate billing records.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and billing trends across the firm.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing.
• Assist with revenue cycle management tasks, including AR posting and data management updates.
• Support senior leaders with weekly analysis of production, profitability, and financial performance.
