Money Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support day-to-day billing and AR activities. The role involves preparing client invoices, updating partner portals, monitoring collections, and generating AR reports, while also assisting with AP entries in NetSuite and month-end close.

The position collaborates with Accounting, Finance, and Sales to meet monthly deadlines and ensure accurate financial records in a fast-paced digital media company environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in billing, AR, AP, or general accounting, or a related degree.
• Fundamental accounting principles and routine financial recordkeeping.
• Experience with Excel or Sheets; NetSuite or ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet monthly deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly client invoices in NetSuite and partner platforms.
• Maintain affiliate and partner portals with accurate information.
• Conduct routine collections follow-ups and monitor payment plans.
• Generate recurring AR reports and flag discrepancies.
• Enter vendor bills into NetSuite and support AP processes.
• Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations as directed.
• Coordinate with Sales to verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records per internal controls.
• Identify recurring issues and propose efficiency improvements.
• Complete tasks within established timelines and seek guidance as needed.
