PagerDuty seeks a Billing and Revenue IT Product Manager to own O2R systems, including Zuora Billing and RevPro, with 5–8 years in the field. You will align Finance, IT and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions and leverage AI to improve billing operations.

You will own ARR/MRR/NRR metrics, ASC 606/IFRS 15 knowledge, and API integrations, while guiding system design and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid San Francisco environment.

Competenze

• 5–8 years in IT product management, systems analysis, or similar roles focused on financial/billing systems.
• Deep, hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS subscription financials and ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Experience with API integrations and data models for billing systems.
• Ability to partner Finance, IT, and Engineering across the business.

Mansioni

• Lead Agile delivery for O2R initiatives, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Own Zuora Billing and RevPro configurations, data models, and integrations.
