Job summary

CLA, a top national professional services firm, seeks a Central Billing Coordinator in Salt Lake City to manage client billing and practice management across services. The role requires collaboration with CRLs and engagement teams, with a focus on accurate invoices and proactive issue resolution.

You will review billing information, identify discrepancies, maintain records, and generate reports on billing trends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and progress.
• Identify discrepancies, maintain accurate billing records, and correct errors.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
• Support revenue cycle management, AR posting, and related tasks as needed.
• Assist with client interactions to resolve billing issues.
