Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and progress.
• Identify billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoices and schedules.
• Review billing information and maintain accurate records and files.
• Analyze billing trends and ensure consistency across the firm.
• Process and monitor invoices, including out-of-scope activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist on billing-related matters and client setup as needed.
• Support AR posting, data management, AR adjustments, and helpdesk needs.
