RethinkFirst in Indiana is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support our billing services team and insurance partners, ensuring accurate accounts receivable and timely reimbursements for therapy sessions.

The role requires HIPAA awareness, 1–2 years of payment posting experience, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Azalea, Kareo, Waystar and other clearinghouse systems is highly valued. Remote options are available in select states including IN.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of payment posting experience.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication with teams and insurers.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile payments posted from the clearinghouse.
• Post manual payments in billing platforms (Rethink, Tebra, Azalea).
• Review EOBs and ERAs; interpret payor contracts when applicable.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with CBA and AR teams for resolution of discrepancies.
• Identify underpayments/overpayments and communicate results.
