Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Billing and Payment Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to process payments and invoicing with accuracy. You will be trained in invoicing, payment processing, and billing audits, contributing to smooth billing operations.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm PST, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and employee referral bonuses. On-site location at 2005 W 14th St #100, Tempe, AZ 85281.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle billing and payment processing with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable.
• Review documents for accuracy and complete submissions.
• Make outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues.
• Communicate with sales teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate team.
