Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Greenville, SC is seeking a Billing and Payment Coordinator to process payments and billing for customers and transportation partners. You will be trained in invoicing, payment processing, billing audits, payment resolution and customer-specific billing processes.

This role supports the finance team, handles inquiries, and ensures accurate documentation. Working Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST, you will help maintain trust with clients and partners while

• Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through to completion.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable.
• Review all documents for accuracy while ensuring they are filled out completely.
• Make outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues.
• Communicate with sales teams and customers to help resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Answer incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate team.
