• Answer incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate team.

About the role:As a Billing and Payment Coordinator for TQL, you will be responsible for processing payments and billing customers. You will be trained to specialize in invoicing, payment processing, billing audits, payment resolution and customer-specific billing processes.
