Key duties include processing paperwork, ensuring accuracy, resolving issues by phone, and collaborating with sales and customers to fix discrepancies. Ideal candidates show punctuality and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and attention to detail required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work 8am–5pm EST.
• Ownership of responsibilities and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Make outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues.
• Communicate with sales teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate team.
