Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Product Manager for Billing & Collections to own the strategy and roadmap for subscriptions, payments, and collections. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM to ship reliable billing experiences.

You’ll define metrics, run experiments, and drive impact on payment success and involuntary churn while balancing customer value and revenue growth at a remote-first company with global reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or related domain.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections; trade-offs across customer value, revenue, risk, and engineering complexity.
• Build deep customer and market understanding using operator feedback, competitive insight, and product data to identify high-impact problems.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM to shape and launch reliable billing experiences.
• Drive improvements across subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, payment recovery, and automation (including AI).
• Define product metrics, use experimentation to guide decisions, and measure impact on payment success, involuntary churn, recovery, adoption, and cost efficiency.
