Undisclosed is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead billing and collections strategy within a global fitness technology environment. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, finance, and legal to define requirements and deliver reliable product experiences.

The role emphasizes analytics, experimentation, and AI to reduce involuntary churn and optimize revenue recovery while balancing customer value and technical complexity for roadmap prioritization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record in payments, billing, or SaaS subscriptions.

• Experience with subscription billing, dunning, payment recovery, or API-based platforms is valuable.
