Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Product Manager for Billing & Collections to own the product strategy and roadmap for billing, subscriptions, payments, and collections across the platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver reliable billing experiences for operators and members.

The role emphasizes building market understanding, measuring impact, and driving improvements in payment recovery, revenue, and churn reduction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with strategy-to-launch experience.
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, or related domains.
• Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections.
• Build deep customer and market understanding using operator feedback and data.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, CS, and GTM to ship reliable billing experiences.
• Drive improvements across subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, and automation.
