Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Product Manager for Billing & Collections to own the long‑term vision, strategy, and multi‑quarter roadmap for billing, subscriptions, payments, and collections across ABC Fitness, turning complex payment workflows into reliable, intelligent experiences for operators and their members.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM to shape and launch trusted billing experiences, drive improvements in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex products from strategy through launch.
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain.
• Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills; you turn ambiguous problems into clear product bets and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi‑quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections; make clear trade‑offs across customer value, revenue, risk, and engineering complexity.
• Build deep customer and market understanding, using operator feedback, competitive insight, and product data to identify the highest‑impact problems and opportunities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM to shape and launch reliable billing experiences.
• Drive improvements across subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, payment recovery, and automation–including AI where it can materially improve outcomes.
• Define the product metrics that matter, use experimentation and analytics to guide decisions, and measure impact on payment success, involuntary churn, recovery, adoption, and cost efficiency.
