Zusammenfassung

ABC Fitness is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Billing & Collections, remote-first. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for all billing workflows, payments, and collections across our platform.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver reliable, scalable billing experiences that reduce involuntary churn and drive revenue growth. Applicants should have 10+ years in product management and a deep Payments background.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of product management experience in fintech/SaaS.
Experience in payments, billing, fintech, or subscriptions.
Strong customer empathy and analytical skills.
Able to influence executives and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

Own long-term vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections.
Identify high-impact problems using operator feedback and data.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance and Legal to ship reliable billing experiences.
Improve subscriptions, invoicing, dunning, notifications, and payment recovery; explore AI opportunities.
Define metrics, run experiments, and measure impact on payment success and churn.
