ABC Fitness is seeking a seasoned Product Manager, Billing & Collections, to own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for billing, subscriptions, payments, and collections across ABC Fitness. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver reliable billing experiences.

You bring 10+ years in product management, with experience in payments, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, or related domains, and excel at turning complex problems into clear bets while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments or fintech domains.
• Experience owning complex products from strategy through launch.
• Strong customer empathy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM.
• Define metrics and drive decisions using analytics and experimentation.
