ABC Fitness is looking for a Product Manager to lead the Billing & Collections domain, shaping the strategy for payments, subscriptions, and dunning across a global, remote-friendly platform. You’ll balance user needs with business goals, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer success to optimize revenue and retention.

• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain.
• Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills; an excellent communicator who writes clearly, frames trade-offs precisely, and can influence executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams.
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, risk/fraud, API-based platforms, or data/AI-powered product capabilities.

Product Manager, Billing & Collections

Billing and collections sit at the center of gym operators' revenue, retention, and customer trust.

This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for billing, subscriptions, payments, and collections across ABC Fitness, turning complex payment workflows into reliable, intelligent experiences for operators and their members.

• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain
• Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills; An excellent communicator who writes clearly, frames trade-offs precisely, and can influence executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, risk/fraud, API-based platforms, or data/AI-powered product capabilities

Billing-related involuntary churn decreases and payment recovery improves.

Customers see more reliable, intuitive billing and collections experiences, reflected in product adoption and customer feedback.

Roadmap investments produce measurable revenue, efficiency, or risk-reduction outcomes.

ABC Fitness is a global fitness management platform serving members in 100+ countries. Our Commerce platform supports significant payment volume for fitness businesses, giving this role meaningful scale and direct impact on operator revenue and member experiences.

Canada based candidates $142,000 - $181,400 CAD- annually.

In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
