Qualifications
- Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain.
- Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills; an excellent communicator who writes clearly, frames trade-offs precisely, and can influence executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams.
- Hands-on experience with subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, risk/fraud, API-based platforms, or data/AI-powered product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for billing, subscriptions, payments, and collections across ABC Fitness.
- Turn complex payment workflows into reliable, intelligent experiences for operators and their members.
- Drive roadmap investments to produce measurable revenue, efficiency, or risk-reduction outcomes.
