Job summary

Contexture is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to lead all Health Information Exchange billing activities, establish procedures, and drive contractual and auditing processes. The role partners with Finance, Contracts, Legal, Customer Service, Business Development, and IT.

Based in Phoenix, AZ or Denver/Grand Junction, CO with hybrid work and local residency required. Candidates should have 6+ years in business management and a related Bachelor’s degree; healthcare/IT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of business management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Marketing is required.
• Experience in healthcare and/or information technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyze financial and business data using data analytics tools.
• Review contracts, Statements of Work, invoices, and other documents for consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct meetings and collaborate with accounts receivable, business development and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, including financial and business process modeling.
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Produce and analyze monthly reports, including customer metrics and financial results.
