Job summary

Contexture is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to lead Health Information Exchange billing activities and drive process improvements across contracts, reporting, and QA. The role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure accurate billing and compliant operations.

The position can be based in AZ or CO with hybrid work flexibility and requires residency in one of the base locations. Strong leadership and analytics skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of business management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Marketing required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in healthcare and/or information technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyze financial and business data, including financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Review contracts, Statements of Work, invoices, and other documents for consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct meetings and collaborate with accounts receivable, business development and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, including financial and business process modeling.
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Produce and analyze monthly reports, which include customer metrics, financial results, and other reporting metrics.
