You will drive process improvements, support system integrations, and assist with month-end close in a multi-entity environment. A detail-oriented, proactive professional with 3+ years of billing experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, revenue processes, and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain billing records and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT to resolve discrepancies and ensure revenue recognition.
• Support integration of billing systems after acquisitions.
• Evaluate process improvements with Accounting leadership to drive efficiency.
• Reconcile billing data to GL and assist month-end close activities.
• Respond to billing inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Generate billing reports and provide insights to management.
• Assist with audits and documentation for billing compliance.
