Crain Communications is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist in Detroit to manage end-to-end billing for advertising products. You will coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue validation, and timely responses to customer requests.

The role requires in-office work in downtown Detroit, three days a week, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Prior billing/order management experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in billing, order management, or sales operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Review Salesforce opportunities and create contracts/insertion orders for the sales team.
• Review signed contracts/IOs, notify teams, and close Salesforce opportunities.
• Process and document order changes in the billing system and communicate changes.
