Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Customer Support Consultant in Westbrook, ME for a 12-month contract. The role blends hybrid on-site work with remote tasks, starting with three days on-site per week and settling to two days on-site after training.

You will handle billing inquiries for software invoices, act as Tier II for billing questions, and ensure accurate data across subscriptions and invoices. Prior SAP familiarity is a plus; strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer billing inquiries.
• Proficient in Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP is a plus and may be trained.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to answer billing inquiries about software invoices.
• Serve as Tier II for billing questions.
• Record and track customer-facing tasks.
• Manage invoices and usage; create entries, credits, cancellations.
• Update subscription details and reflect requests accurately.
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with internal teams.
• Process new contracts/orders per SOPs.
• Data management across systems using Excel.
• Collaborate on billing processes for product lines.
• Support UAT and document billing processes.
