Customer Support Consultant – Put Your Billing & Customer Service Skills to Work. Pay Rate: $21.43-$28.57 per hour. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Assignment Length: Long-term temporary assignment (anticipated 1 year). Are you a customer service professional with strong communication and analytical skills? Our client is seeking Customer Support Consultants to join their team in Westbrook. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable, long-term assignment with a respected organization offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to make a direct impact. These positions pay $21.43-$28.57 per hour and are anticipated to last approximately one year. This is a hybrid, customer-facing billing support role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing, supporting subscription-based services, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining critical records. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams while helping customers navigate billing questions and account updates.

Typical daily duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, invoices, subscriptions, account updates, and service-related questions via phone and email
• Process contracts, billing adjustments, credits, cancellations, invoice corrections, and customer account updates while maintaining accurate records
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, track customer-facing activities, and collaborate with internal departments to support billing operations and compliance requirements
