Job summary

Spear Education, LLC is seeking a Customer & Billing Specialist to turn complex billing issues into loyalty. You’ll partner with Customer Success to protect retention, resolve cancellations, and ensure billing accuracy across contracts and records.

You’ll manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot billing and light tech issues, and log interactions in CRM. A hybrid role with in-office days supports collaboration and customer focus.
