The position supports 24x7 storm coverage and demands attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 4-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with CIMS, MDM, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve customer billing exceptions using CIMS and MDM systems.
• Review and update meter data and billing determinants to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve data issues and support billing audits.
• Process installations, transfers, and cancellations of service within CIMS for various customer types.
• Identify improvements to streamline billing processes and participate in projects as needed.
