Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Billing Exceptions Analyst to review, analyze, and resolve customer billing issues with meter data from multiple systems. You will ensure accurate billing and support special requests and audits.

The role requires proficiency in CIMS/MDM, strong analytical and communications skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Some duties may include after-hours support during storms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CIMS, MDM and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
