Job summary

PECO Energy Company, a subsidiary of Exelon, is seeking a Billing Analyst to review and resolve customer billing exceptions. You will analyze meter data, process adjustments, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely billing across residential, commercial, and industrial accounts.

Responsibilities include updating data in billing systems, conducting revenue projections, and supporting audit processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with CIMS, MDM, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review meter data, estimate data per guidelines, update systems to bill accurately.
• Process residential, commercial, and industrial billing exceptions daily using CIMS and MDM.
• Collaborate with departments on data requests, rate analysis, and billing adjustments.
• Handle installations, transfers, and cancellations in CIMS for various customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements across billing workflows.
