Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Billing Resolution Analyst to review, analyze, and resolve customer billing exceptions, using meter data from multiple systems to ensure accurate bills.

You will work with IT and other departments to update meter data, process adjustments, and support monthly audits and special requests. Strong analytical and communication skills are required for success in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high performance, team environment.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review meter data and estimate data using approved guidelines; update data across systems for timely, accurate billing.
• Process residential, commercial, and industrial billing exceptions daily in PECO's billing systems.
• Interface with departments as billing consultants to expedite requests and perform various billing adjustments or audits.
• Process service installations, transfers, and cancellations in the billing system for all customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support projects/initiatives as needed.
