Swap is seeking a Billing Operations Associate to own the end-to-end billing operations and customer onboarding. You’ll drive accuracy, automate workflows, and modernize the billing cycle by implementing new tools and consolidating data sources.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, process mapping, and collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Product to scale billing operations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Background in finance operations, business or operations analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical ability with complexity handling and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end billing operations and onboarding.
• Lead implementation of new billing tools and automation initiatives.
• Map, document and redesign billing workflows with clear requirements.
• Provide cross-team support with Finance, Operations and Product.
