Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to serve as the technical and data partner to the Billing Operations Specialist. You will maintain and enhance custom billing apps, build data pipelines across PostgreSQL, and develop user interfaces to automate workflows.

Using Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, C# .NET, and PostgreSQL, you will ensure data integrity, reliability, and scalable solutions across multi-custodian billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of technical experience in financial operations, fintech, or data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of advisory fee billing and multi-custodian platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Billing Operations Specialist to identify manual friction and design scalable automation.
• Maintain and enhance internal billing tools and UI features using Vue.js and Rails/.NET services.
• Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries and views to handle high-volume custodial data.
• Build data ingestion pipelines and API connections for multi-custodian fee files.
• Design technical test plans for new billing features and ensure zero production calculation errors.
• Champion modern software patterns, automation, and auditing for data integrity.
