Job summary

You will finalize invoices within tight timelines, coordinate with sales, tire service, warehouse, and mechanics, monitor receivables, and prepare payments and deposits. The role offers hands-on training and room to grow within our busy office.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; present information clearly.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Update and finalize all invoices for the branch within 48 hours of delivery or service.
• Interact with sales, tire service, warehouse, and mechanical service to gather information for invoices.
• Communicate with customers to obtain purchase orders (POs).
• Answer and dispatch phone calls; type letters and memos as needed.
• Monitor receivables and follow up with customers that are past due.
• Prepare invoices for mailing and mail within 24 hours of delivery.
• Receive and process cash from sales invoices and AR payments; deposit daily.
• Review accounts payable slips, packing slips, and invoices; forward to Corporate for timely payment.
• Process petty cash and inventory receipts in the Adam system.
• May travel to corporate location for training and meetings.
