Responsibilities

• Provide holistic updates about billing to firm leadership.
• Review and prepare regular reports on billing activity.
• Monitor billing transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflow and client invoicing.
• Collaborate with attorneys and Legal Support to design client invoices.
• Respond to billing inquiries with high-quality service.
• Mentor and develop the Billing team; manage performance.
