The position requires hands-on management of end-to-end e-billing, adherence to client guidelines, and collaboration with partners to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred).
• Prior supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Elite 3E billing software.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related (or equivalent experience).
