Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts partners with a rapidly growing managed services organization to hire a Billing Manager in Phoenix. This onsite role leads a 10-12 billing team, overseeing legal billing operations and driving process improvements.

You will manage eBilling workflows, ensure client billing guideline compliance, perform reconciliations and data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal billing management experience.
• Experience managing billing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3E.

Are you an experienced legal billing professional with leadership experience and a strong background in eBilling? We're partnering with a rapidly growing managed services organization that supports some of the nation's leading law firms and professional services organizations.

We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead a team of 10-12 billing professionals, oversee legal billing operations, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment supporting a national law firm.
