Paycom is seeking a Billing Clerk to support terminal billing operations. You will capture billing data from loading and dispatch systems, enter it into standard reports, and transmit documentation to the corporate office.

You will promptly respond to customer inquiries and work to resolve billing discrepancies. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of billing experience in the transportation industry.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with standard office software; able to learn accounting and document management programs.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities; effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional light physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Capture billing data from loading and dispatch systems.
• Enter billing data into standard documents and reports.
• Transmit billing documentation to the corporate office in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate the terminal billing function with appropriate corporate departments.
• Answer phones and route calls to proper personnel.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Terminal Manager and other management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
